I think it has something bugattiesque about it.

The top end specter might be somewhat disappointing, but owned a e87 1-series for three years and it did not miss a beat

Same with my old Cooper S, topped of the oil every two weeks

Very true and discussed here earlier with Hoccy. I see you are a fan of the older variety by your picture =) I don't think Norway's small number of cars (compared to larger countries) will have such a significant impact. Until the evident take over of electric cars, I as a car guy, would like to drive around in petrol

Well I am sorry about my english. It is my second language. You are entitled to your opinion sir and so am I =) I know the roads are a separate issue, but I also mentioned it since it is about norway and cars go on the road. The thing is that we have ridiculously high taxes in general and on cars. I my humble opinion

Sweden also have a quite old fleet. Having lived in Oslo most of my life I know that there are not a lot of old bangers you see driving around. But we still as a country have one of the oldest fleets. From a safety point of view and our wealth, we should have newer safer cars more accessible.

Here is a link:

So you have first hand experience of both worlds =D There are a lot of fun roads here. I drive from Oslo to Bergen quite often, a lot of fun roads there, but also some that could do well with some improvement. Some of the problem is the cold weather and snow that destroy them, but we could need some repaving and more

I would think that some are. I agree that from a economic point it is also a valid argument. I remember top gear made a point about the emissions of production with the prius. The emissions from the production were so great that it did not out weigh Co2 saved from using the car. The safety aspect is important and

I see your point. My point is that it is kind of hypocritical and that there focus should be wider than it is to date. Renewable energy is needed and good. Taxing cars to the ridiculous amount that they are doing is not, in my humble opinion, the right way to go. Many new cars are produced environmentally friendly and

Norway is a quite hypocritical country when it comes to these things. All our wealth comes from oil, but at the same time we try to give an allure of being environmentally friendly. You get a lot of advantages for having a Tesla here, but it is causing problems as well. For instance bus drivers are experiencing

I think that car looks mean in that color, love it! Cars are way to cheap in the united states of awesome... Lucky bastards....

hey, hey hey, lets not judge all BMW drivers =P Have to agree with top gear, that a lot of the "cocks" have moved to audi

Before my time unfortunately, but that Lancia is pure pornography

2004 BMW z4, because straight six and it was my first car

Pretty sure it's an option. Looks similar to the ones in other bmw's I've driven

I always found it so strange that you don't learn how to drive stick when you take your license in the states. In Europe pretty much everyone with a license knows how to drive stick. For people that don't want to drive a manual can get a license for automatic cars only, but then you are not allowed to drive stick cars

I had the same thought. Hope they keep it going though, my favorite tv-show

That is exactly what happened to me. Got a used MCS, previous owner in Germany (low mileage car and female so guess she wasn't a car person), had to change the timing chain. Topped off the oil every two weeks or so

Just leased a BMW 220i and was really excited to get the free service program. You sir, have just destroyed my joy.. Hopefully the program is better here in Europe/Norway, than in the united states of awesome
