Well the changelog is very extensive with a lot of nice feature changes and improvements. I mean I have no problem downloading and reinstalling the program because the new installation won't override your preferences. If a program is coded in 32-bit it is compatible with legacy CPUs like celeron processors. 64-bit processors like Core 2 duo and Intel's iX line can run 32-bit programs but legacy processors like celeron processors can't run 64-bit code.
