Ive done some long drives in this car.. believe it or not, once you are accustomed to it, its not fatiguing to drive long distances. Its relatively softly sprung, and there is some meat to the tires. The car is so little the lack of power “stuff” isn’t a big issue. A modern car is definitely more comfortable, but this

Maybe even less so, since I don’t wear a helmet in the car... ;)

Ha! Well, the backseat of a 128i is noticeably bigger than a 911. There’s probably a little more legroom, but it’s the headroom that makes the big difference, which is pretty obvious when you compare the rear profiles of the roofs:

How funny. I gave up my 128i for a 328i because getting a baby in and out of the back was such a pain in the ass. But now that she’s older and can buckle herself in the extra doors don’t seem as important.

Just wait for the Doug DeMuro review, and you can watch him climb in the back seats

Serious question. Does your child have legs?

So when the interviewer calls up the dealer and says “I thought I told you no handicapped Mexican Buddhists”, they’re going to have a problem?

Yep, I do. It’s basically like comparing fly fishing with spin fishing. I’m only interested in the former.

Correction: “I plan on telling everyone else I slept with your daughter.”

Am confused.

An alarm just went off at Jezebel, good to know you....

Hey now, Roofy Coladas are easy to come by these days. Or so I hear.

He’s definitely an enthusiast of his own car, and possibly of his own farts.

bullshit. not with the 7AT and AWD. Not on *that* car.

A massive bust indeed...

Except the one car they repeatedly stated was their benchmark, the Cayman, which as no fake venting.

They’re not “fake vents”

Real, genuine “true” enthusiasts are too busy being excited about there being another sportscar on the market period to worry about what criteria people are applying to the term “true enthusiast.”

Real enthusiasts aren’t butthurt fanboys and are just happy there’s another sportscar on the market.

I was going to reserve judgement on this car until I saw it in person.
