As a resident of Oklahoma*, I volunteer to be an abortion pill mule**.

Wife:. “I told you a thousand times I wouldn’t be caught dead in that thing, now put it back in the garage before the neighbors complain”

You’re why we can’t have nice things.

They could have gotten an easy $12K by leaving it alone. Now that it’s an abomination, it’s worth crap. Plus they should be called out for ruining a classic

Don’t need to read the article. I just saw the image and headline and scrolled right down to the ND button. What a stupid project this was.

It’s time to set up an underground railroad into red stats to get pills to those who want them.

This is great for those of use in blue states. I hope that we can turn some of these red states blue.

So, we had a trucking company send a rookie driver–also young enough that his brain may not be done maturing—out with poorly maintained equipment on a challenging and dangerous route. I hope the company at least faces civil liability that blows right through its insurance policy limits, because otherwise this driver

Yeah, but there is a reason that Lady Justice carries scales as well as a sword. You’re supposed to be punished on the fuck up and causes, not the emotions provoked by it. He fucked up. There is no doubt he should have had better judgement, but his fuck up was thinking his brakes had more left in them than they did.

Not sure if you are familiar with it, but in Canada there was the case of the Humboldt Broncos bus crash. Sixteen dead, 13 injured, most of them young. The truck driver in that instance - who was more neglectful than this guy, since it appeared as though it was due to a lack of attention on his part - got 8 years. The

Mandatory minimum laws are obscene in all instances.

5th Gear: any company electing to monitor it’s own air quality is going to place the monitors in the most favorable locations to demonstrate compliance instead of where they should go based on air pollution modeling.

Holy shit, child rapists, murderers and other far more horrible people get far less time than this.  Did this guy fuck up and deserve to go to jail?  Certainly.  Does he deserve 110 years, not even close.  Total failure of the system here so far.

Disagree strongly, the “R” word in this case used in a derogatory sense is not acceptable. As a father of a beautiful girl who has Down Syndrome it breaks my heart to read comments like this. Imagine if someone said that idea is so “Abby”. I can’t change your comment, but maybe in the future you can think about how

Subscription eco mode. Without it, your car chugs gas and costs you more money. But if you pay us, we’ll save you money and your car will cost you less money overall.

You told us at the time of purchase your intended use for the vehicle was as a daily driver.

People are thinking of subscriptions to access things, what about subscriptions to turn off things? If you don’t buy a subscription to Ford Premium™ every time you start the car - and regularly throughout your drive - you get an ad for a really terrible looking mobile game, and in general get regular calls and emails

Any.

The argument was that if every consumer balked at the markup and refused to pay, prices would come down....I am glad I never wrote that post as it would have not aged well
