Mr. Grapes and I aren’t feeling an impact in our relationship. It helps that he’s an essential worker and not home full time. I’m working from home, made it clear that if the office door is shut he is not to come in unless there is a true emergency. I’ll come out when I need a break.

This makes me sad. Mr. Grapes proposed to me at Sweet Tomatoes and it is Junior’s favorite restaurant. Junior has always enjoyed it but as his teenage appetite grows all you can eat took on a new level of importance.

A dollop of sour cream adds richness and a bit of tang.

This week I have made ravioli, lemon pound cake, and chocolate chip muffins.   Junior is thrilled, he was concerned I hadn't been spending enough time in the kitchen lately. 

None at the grocery stores. A local pizza place was selling 50 lb sacks of flour and 1 lb packages of instant yeast, but always ran out quickly. It took me a few tries to get any.  This is the first time I’ve used instant yeast. Still strange not to proof it first.

He is adorable and poses so well.  When does his calendar come out?

We’re doing pretty much the same thing. We’re spending as much per takeout meal as dine in, but what we would have spent on drinks is going to tip.
