Upvote for the avatar and well…TGI Fridays used to be part of that larger upmarket group, now it's probably Smokey Bones, Bahama Breeze, and such….

I'm fine with Applebees when I want to be reminded of my working class upbringing and how we would go to Applebees when we wanted something simple and easy. There is exactly no shame in their food (or their patrons). It's a perfectly fine, it's like Guy Fieri, easy to hate but no real reason to do so.
Congrats Applebees you fell for us millennials having money. Woo! Go Go Late Capitalism!
Oh come on, that's a slight downward trend, Red Lobster was the place Applebee's would go to on special occasions…
Applebees kind of took the tact of TGI Fridays which itself took the tact of various americana diners that emerged in the 1960s and 1970s as suburbia expanded to serve the growing population of affluent white americans. Where TGI Fridays made no qualms about catering to middle-class tastes and charging prices closer…
You're just a terrible person. To call you a troll is unfair, you seem to genuinely hold these views with steadfast conviction, you're just a vile person for being that way. I appreciate you being proud of your 78 comments but they paint a shallow mouth-breather with a classic white trash vision of the world. I can…
Tyrion's discomfort is a firm reminder that while he is a reasonable player he's still a player in the feudal/nobility game (GoT gets very uncomplicated by simply implying feudalism but never actually establishing peasants, leaving everybody who isn't a named character a weird non-descript 'commoner' when feudalism…
Eh, Wayans was the main backer here. He is still hoping for that big career launch….even though it's never coming.
I remember 'Guy's Big Bite' mainly as his cooking show. He's more harmless than anything else. I don't have to love his schtick but hating on him is just such an uncool take on the man's sense of culture.
Retired at the age of 60 more or less….Not a bad career.
Which one? The older ones have been successful and In Living Color is surprisingly fresh compared to most sketch shows and certainly light years ahead of what SNL was putting out. The problem was that Keenan Ivory let his less talented brothers have shows when he should have cut them loose years earlier.
45 year old black man marrying 46 year old black woman with 45 year old white male foil. I am not being ageist here, it's totally cool that aging actors in their 40s are still making roles happen but it feels like Marlon Wayans is desperate for a career to take off that never did and is playing roles meant for…
I have NEVER understood the hate against him except for him being a kind of easy white trash target. It's like hating on Nickelback (as per the comedy routine). It's just low hanging fruit attack on somebody who essentially just has stupid catchphrases.
Sorry, should have made a point that I lived in AZ! I haven't lived there in a few years but I'm actually angling to go back to Phoenix permanently.
Is it weird that I feel like this is a perfect conman approach for rural rubes and idiots who will gladly buy whatever he's selling to further enrich him as long as he blames the right people?
Mexico has cultural differences along it's border like everybody else does? I mean, Texas isn't the same as SoCal, right?
Trump supporter or slow witted?
Jaime is dead for Cersei to have a freakout, he and Bronn survive till some later date, Cersei goes off to have sex with somebody else (Greyjoy) and Jaime comes back to kill her, it's only fitting that he never kills her for being a monster but because he's really one as well.
Nuclear fallout knows no borders….but yes, Africa and South America will suffer marginally less.
Straight talk?
