That would make the most sense. The fact that he wasn’t killed off in season 3 proved to me that the writers on Arrow didn’t know what to do with his character. It would have been a decent arc for him but, like someone up the thread said, Arrow hasn’t known how to utilize him since season 2.

Thank you for reminding me of how awful Spectre was with their retcon of the Daniel Craig series and villain having daddy issues. Fate of the Furious did a much better job with their retcon but Spectre just botched it.
