He was pretty much the best thing about the Ghostbusters film from last year aside from Kate McKinnon. His comic timing and physical comedy worked really well in what was otherwise a very dull film that was trying too hard.

Agreed about episodes 1 and 2 doing the shows NO favor. Once episode 3 was over I was fully invested and doing my best to forget everything that I’d skimmed or read from the critics.

Katie Cassidy is actually a good actress; Supernatural proved that to me. I think it’s just that she was poorly written for seasons 1-3 of Arrow that everyone seems to hate her and it’s totally not her fault. The writers are to blame for that.

Terminator: The Sarah Conner Chronicles and BSG both pulled that off really well (moreso TSSC) so I can see it working here.
