Wow, this is insane!  I was there back in April with 2 friends and, while the crowds were sometimes bad at sunset, they were *not* like this and it was possible to get a good angle and some nice views of the sunset provided you walked past the nearest group or clump of people.

Agreed. He was overhyped in the trailers and severely underutilized in Part 2.

I freeze framed that shot to study it and I have no idea. I was wondering the whole time if the Forge/Storm arc was really happening or was a hallucination. If it *is* real, then maybe they’ll explain that X-Factor group shot another day.

THANK YOU!  Glad to see someone here who knows him! Got to see him at a show 2 years ago and was blown away!

The cast did not know that season 5 would be their last. They filmed season 5 from June to November of 2022 and then in April of 2023 they did reshoots for the last episode to turn it into a series finale.

Once again, seeing the quality of this site go down the shitter since G/O Media took over (Spanfeller is a herb)

Yeah, seriously? A Spoiler Warning in the article, or a prompt to skip that paragraph, would have really been nice. I knew Maddy was returning because of the Hasbro Pulse Marvel Legends action figures but James did *not* need to spoil Episode 3 like that.  Poor form, James.

SAME!

Hey, Netflix? Please give us this scene in live action. Thanks.

The Boulder: The Boulder feels conflicted about fighting a young blind girl.
Toph: *taunting* Sounds to me like you’re scared, Boulder!
The Boulder: *angry* The Boulder is over his conflicted feelings and now he’s ready to bury you in a Rock-a-lanche!

Agreed. It’s closer to The Raid/The Raid 2 given a) the action on display and b) Yayan Ruhian is in this as the mentor who trains him.

Blame G/O Media for this.  Since acquiring io9 years ago, this is one of their mandates in the hopes it’ll attract clicks.

Agreed. He’s limited. I wish Lewis Tan had gotten the part instead.

It wasn’t Brett Chan’s fault. It was Finn Jones’ not wanting to spend time learning the fight choreo.

Yeah. Twitter highlighted that nicely.

As I recall, Chopper placed a homing beacon on the Hyperdrive engine before it left Corellia. Couldn’t they track that?  Unless Morgan detected that and removed it, I’d think that would have been the logical solution to finding where they went.

Same.  I’d rank the first film as the worst because they made the hero of the TV show, and the 90's reboot, the villain in the film.  I can’t overlook that and so, for me, it should be in last position.

Same.  I was unaware of third party apps and just used the web and mobile interfaces like others have.  I had no issues and ads never bothered me.

Oof.  WOW.  Take your damn star for that deep cut.  :D

Yeah, something like “The Boys” level of humor/gore would’ve had a Transformer forgetting to do that.

I think that’s the point with Optimus. When we know him from the comics, cartoons or the Michael Bay movies, he’s already fully formed with ther personality we’ve come to expect from him. Here, it’s an earlier version

Absolutely loved it. In a different or alternate timeline, Bumblee would have been the first live action Transformers movie and then this would be the sequel. The Michael Bay movies are awful.

The CGI, like Bumblebee’s, was super clear and you can easily tell who is who without straining your eyes. Actual robot on

No, actually, the show producers and Netflix deciding to completely jettison the source material for whatever season 2 was. That was chaos and change.
