Yeah, I mean, seriously. They could have at least cast a Mexican to play an Indian like they did for Khan.

I had never seen or heard this intro before. Thanks. I think.
I'm willing to give the studio a chance with the visual effects. The 1990 Flash TV series had, for its time, pretty decent special effects. Smallville improved on that a little bit when they introduced Impulse so I'm hoping effects have gotten even better since then.
Too soon for Laurel to become Black Canary. Though it may happen by season's end, or in the 3rd season, as they are introducing someone this year who will be the inspiration for her to become the character.
This link lists all of the footage used in the trailer and Elysium is definitely used in a few shots.

Bricken created Topless Robot. io9 acquiring him full-time has been a blessing to this site.
Many of us are in agreement with you. If Bruce Timm and/or Paul Dini had the reins to the live action properties that WB owns we could see some Kevin Feige/Jon Favreau/Joss Whedon-level work done with the DC characters.
You seem to have forgotten that Iron Man was a B or C list hero in the non-comic book reading public's mind before the 2008 film changed that. I'm confident that Edgar Wright will do for Ant-Man what Jon Favreau did for Iron Man.
Not to nitpick you and your Whedon rant but it was Kevin Feige who mandated Coulson's death and not Whedon.

Absolutely. Brad Bird made the transition from animation (The Incredibles) to live action with MI: Ghost Protocol. I can totally see Bruce Timm doing the same for DC's live action properties.
James Marsden confirmed that he's not coming back for Days of Future Past. Which really sucks given how X1, X2 and X3 treated him.
Season 2 of Young Justice is fantastic. I'm just pissed that there will be no season 3. :-(
Adamantium bullet/memory loss and/or time travel. Take your pick of possible explanations.
Or why was Beast in human form in blink-and-you-miss-it cameo in X2. Singer has his work cut out for him.
Bryan Singer has his work cut out for him. It's been stated by him more than a few times that he will try to fix some of the continuity gaffes created by X3, Origins and First Class. Good luck!
Apparently their tears are delicious. ;-)
It has been implied several times, yes, but so far no confirmation on this.
I'm having enough trouble wrapping my head around the introduction of metahumans into Arrow's universe with The Flash. Let's not add Lazurus Pits to this.
Played that and loved it. I wound up joining the Replicants for my playthrough. :-)
You're not the only Arrow fan worried about that. But, given the analogies made between Iron Man/Arrow and Hulk/Flash by the producers, I'm hopeful that they'll get it right. Yes, it does introduce metahumans into the Batman Begins/Arrow universe of "no powers" but I also sense that this was a decision made at the WB…
