Nope, that's a bad idea. Well, first, Fox pinching Joss's plans to include Quicksilver but also you know why they can't do that. Having the same actor play the same role in a good quality franchise (MCU) and a bad quality franchise (Fox's recent movies excluding X1, X2, and First Class) would cause confusion. Then

Now playing

That's how I feel about the most recent Elysium trailer plus a few others. I hate that Hollywood does this. I think the days of simple trailers like the one for Dimensions are long gone. Case in point:

That may be the case but I think studio interference with the final cut or final script may have also been a factor. Anyhow, despite their involvement with that cinematic debacle, Arrow has somewhat redeemed them in my eyes.

That's what worries me too. I thought from the outset that powers were a no-go without technological reasons given for them. Was this really a Guggenheim, Berlanti and Kreisberg decision or a command from on high in the WB chain? I want to say former but I fear it's the latter. :-/

I think Barry Allen's "accident" happening in or around episode 20 will be the start of metahumans appearing on "Arrow." So to all the fanboys and fangirls kvetching about the "grounded, no powers rule," this should make you happy. I am cautiously optimistic about this. Kreisberg, Berlanti and Guggenheim haven't

I think it's been stated that the Headless Horseman won't be in every episode and that, yes, other mysteries will be the focus of each episode. I guess it'll be a bit of a procedural like Grimm and that's fine with me. The previews for Sleepy Hollow show that The Kurgan, er, I mean, Clancy Brown's character, kept

Correct. He's a little beat up and bloodied from the missile explosion but otherwise still has both of them. Also, the first episode teaser from Comic Con last weekend showed Oliver and Slade sparring and he looks fine.

After the reveal that Billy Wintergreen was Slade's ex-partner in the Australian Special Forces, and the manner in which Slade finally killed him, I started to think that it was his mask we saw in the pilot when Ollie is rescued from the island. Or it's still a reference to what will eventually happen to Slade prior

Arrow is Glau-Proof. I guarantee it. :-)

True. How *that* script got the green light and got put before the cameras is a question I'd like answered. The WonderCon footage showed so much promise and then what we actually got...oy.

Bingo. The hand held in the quiet shots vs using a dolly and something steadier really took me *out* of the dramatic scenes. Why the film couldn't have used a mixture of steadicam and hand held I'll never know. But, yeah, the film had other problems too like pacing, plot holes and total destruction of Metropolis

I'm just as surprised as y'all are about this new character who is *not* Dinah Drake but who will, I'm guessing, serve as an inspiration for Laurel in future seasons. We all know that her character is nowhere near ready to go all full on vigilante and will still be working as a lawyer in season 2 so I'm *very*

How exactly would you do DLC for Tomb Raider when the game is fully complete and Lara gets off of the island? Something silly like Deux Ex: Human Revolution - The Missing Link where Lara suddenly wakes up and days have gone by with no memory of what happened and you have to relive a game sequence? Or a

Exactly. He left Starling City as a douche-y playboy and came back completely changed. He has to fake and re-assume his old personality in order to not draw suspicion.

Couldn't have said it better. Anyone who read Flashpoint, the main series or spin-off books, could tell you why certain characters aren't around. Having read only the main series, I look forward to this movie adaptation.

Agreed. I thought for sure that they were going in that direction with the series 1 finale but that wasn't the case and I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome. At some point it has to happen.

Tron: Uprising is AMAZING! Joseph Trapanese worked with Daft Punk to compose the soundtrack for Tron: Legacy and handles the soundtrack for the TV series. The show expands on MANY of the facts mentioned and referenced in Tron: Legacy and in many ways is a better story. It does a fantastic job acting as bridge

So the spin off series are definitely worth it? I only bought, and read, the main Flashpoint trade paperback and thought it was okay at best.
