I don't think that's Silver Samurai in that mecha armor. You see Will Yun Lee fighting Wolverine without any armor in the other scenes.

Maybe like Lawrence Kasdan did for George Lucas with The Empire Strikes Back? Hmm, perhaps you're onto something there.

Agreed. Things in Origins seemed to contradict X1, X2, X3 and First Class. Something of a less messier slate to work with here. Very curious to see how Bryan Singer will fix *some* of the continuity gaffes with Days of Future Past.

Confirmed. This film is set after the events of X3. I'm really glad as this way there are no messy continuity issues to worry about or having to make things match up properly.

Agreed. I think we see Malcolm go unconscious but not necessarily die. Tommy, though, is gone and I'm sad about that. On the flip side, I am *VERY* glad that they did not go the Norman Osborn/Harry Osborn route with Tommy because in the context of the show it would've destroyed the character and not make a lick of

I feel much the same way about the suitcase armor in Iron Man 2. Had that not been in the trailers I would have enjoyed the scene more.

What is this Miracle Day you speak of? I thought it was something made up like Highlander 2: The Quickening?

I think one of the producers mentioned Victor Sage being a possible guest in Starling City in a future season or on the wishlist for future DCU characters putting in appearances. Plus his character wouldn't be altering the show's "no metahumans" rule so it could totally work.

You're very welcome!

I was with you all the way on your comparisons until you mentioned the Highlander trilogy which does not exist. There can be only one.

Slightly less annoying and more of a bad ass now. Or, basically, a mini-Miles. I'm glad to see that Charlie is now becoming more of a hardened, and therefore, more interesting character. The bit 2 weeks ago where Rachel sees that Miles is a better parent to Charlie than she is was pretty damn good.

Did you mean to re-post the Wondercon footage for Arrow? That was up in yesterday's Morning Spoilers but doesn't really say much about tonight's episode other than The Count reappearing.

Actually, I have faith in Kreisberg, Berlanti, and Guggenheim's long term plans for the show. I think they will find a way to marry the island flashback's final sequence with the show's eventual finale.

Glad I'm not the only one hoping for a Felicity/Oliver pairing. That interaction of theirs in the last episode?

That's probably because Jesper Kyd is no longer the composer for this series. His last soundtrack for the franchise was Assassin's Creed: Revelations.

Totally agree. The palm spin was totally unnecessary given that Roy had to act very quickly to save Thea. Up until this episode the show has been really good about showcasing Parkour, which emphasizes speed and no wasted movement, and ignoring Freerunning, which is more for showing off.

Considering every Transformer sequel after the original has consistently broken continuity or retconned itself this doesn't surprise me at all.

They did it with Lex Luthor on Smallville for all of those seasons. Anyhow, Slade Wilson isn't anywhere close to being a baddie yet on the island so it may or may not take a few seasons to get to that point.

I honestly don't know. Maybe? I just think that Jackman's doing this to either please his fans, himself or other parties. He'll slim back down once filming on X-Men: Days of Future Past is over.

No CGI there. There are other pictures of Jackman and what you see there is the real deal. Veins and muscles bulging everywhere. His trainer does a great job with him and his diet's serious business.
