Agreed! Beast Wars was the perfect series and it tied in SO DAMN WELL with the Generation 1 story lines from the 80's along with making everything else just that much better.

You're a good son! She will be happy. :-)

Maybe because Kristen Bell was in the first 3 Assassin's Creed games?

Correct. And this is also backed up quite a few times in the Rogue Squadron novels set after RotJ.

Yeah, I think it was. I'm glad that you're able to, for the most part, upgrade and master the skills that you need in each of the 3 trees.

allen2saint, do you mean Everything or Nothing? Didn't know about this until you brought it up but it's now going into my queue. Thanks for mentioning it!

R2-Detour, you're living the dream, man. Living the dream. :-)

I can't stop laughing. Thank you, Straelbora. +1

I'm betting it's a prelude to her getting her own armor. There has been speculation about that based on a recent Lego toy release tied to this film. Fingers crossed!

Oh, good call! I already emailed Rob directly but I'll forward that to tips@io9.com as well. Thanks!

Totally disagree. I'm counting on those to tie into the current events of each episode and/or show how Ollie continues to transform himself. At some point they still need to explain how Ollie became proficient at so many fighting styles plus becoming fluent in Mandarin and Russian. I'm guessing the latter involves

Yeah. I wonder if io9 can assign Rob Bricken to cover the series? Unless he's too busy? He actually likes the show.

I agree. Maybe I'm too much of a genre fanboy but I go into this show expecting nothing and continue to be pleased with how it's progressing. I think Esther approaches it for comedy and snark material and that just puts me off.

He would have had to lose the mask anyway in order to gain Tommy's trust. Doubtful that Malcolm knows Ollie is the vigilante as he was out cold from the curare bullet when Ollie revealed himself.

Deadshot/Floyd Lawton. Deathstroke/Slade Wilson/Crixus from Spartacus and on the island with 22 year old Ollie. Yes, Deadpool's Marvel.

Agreed.

It's probably Esther's inability to separate him from the character he's playing. Or just too much snark on her part. These reviews are hard enough to get through as it is but I guess io9 assigned her this series.

Well, given that each season is 10 episodes, that would be the halfway mark that you're quitting at. :-)

Yep, loved that! That was the first time I'd heard of the Speed Force as I didn't grow up with the DC characters. Only recently (2010-ish) have I started to rectify that by purchasing some of the DC trade paperbacks. Michael Rosenbaum was FANTASTIC as Wally West!
