I think they have to be. Given their inability to roll or dodge they need that little extra bit of protection when going for cover or backpedaling like a madman from a Phantom or Banshee. I need to use mine more since it's a more melee-focused style of play than any of the other classes.

Agreed. The Biotic Charge doesn't get used much when you're playing Gold unless it's to pick off an isolated enemy or group of enemies that have already had their barriers worn down.

The multiplayer is damn addictive. That Phoenix Vanguard seems a little overpowered but still super fun to play on Silver and Gold.

Megatron's discovery of Dark Energon is explored throughout the series and when you get to the end of Season 1 you'll see why he's able to mine so much of it on Earth. It's kind of an "oh sh$%!" moment.

Ah, I've had that site bookmarked for a while but haven't fully explored it. Thanks for the heads up!

And what is this wonderful place that you speak of?

Stars no longer exist in the new commenting system. This article explains why:

Added to my Instant Queue! Will definitely re-watch when I have some time. I just have to make sure I *don't* watch Beast Machines since it had a different writing team and such a weird tone to it.

I guess? I remember the transwarp jump took them to a new planet but it was a while before the Maximals and Predacons realized that they had jumped back in time as well. Remember when Optimus Primal became Optimum Optimus with the All Spark? Man, I miss that show.

Agreed! Beast Wars was a fantastic continuation of Generation 1. I'd prefer Michael Bay to not even know of its existence.

Watch Dogs. Not to be confused with Sleeping Dogs.

Trade paperbacks are your friend. They collect entire runs of issues and can be purchased for good prices on Amazon and other online retailers.

Could not agree more! Transformers Prime has better writing, acting, character development and, well, everything when compared to what Michael Bay has subjected us to. I do wish that they hadn't imported Bay's Bumblebee. I miss the days when he could talk. The vehicle/bot designs seem to be a mix of Generation 1

Spot on. :p

Yup, that was him. Just add 20lbs, some facial hair and a wig to this photo and you've got Thor.

Backdraft reference. Nice.

I can relate. I was 9 when Tron came out in the theaters and like you only some of my closest friends remembered the movie. That's so awesome that you got to ask him that!

Agreed. Legacy promised so much, I think, but couldn't quite deliver. I think the fan expectations were too high after 28 years. Uprising looks like it might fill in until the 3rd film is highlighted and made.
