Good point about the Ford Taurus in Robocop. I remember thinking how futuristic they looked back in 87. I have to wonder if the 6000 SUX will make a comeback in this reboot.

Finally watched the whole pilot last night and was just amazed. Totally agree with you, crosis101. It was really well done.

It can't be Harry. He's sitting/standing nearly upright.

I think the Elvis Presley estate would have trouble with Bubba making an appearance on the show. It's kind of a bummer since he's so much fun in the books.

He'll probably have something other than an Emergency Induction Port.

The scenes with Nick Fury and Black Widow, aka the S.H.I.E.L.D. world-building and The Avengers-prep tend to slow the movie down a bit. It sort of drags. Also, I felt like more development could've gone into Ivan Vanko as a villain. You sympathized with his character since, in some ways, he could've turned out

Ms. Marvel would need to have her story tweaked considerably since Skrulls & Kree are off limits because of the failed but possibly rebooting Fantastic Four rights with Fox. Doctor Strange is rumored to have his own movie in development but Marvel Studios has been tight lipped about which solo films are coming up

Embezzled money from parking lot attendants over the years before SmartTrip was implemented as a mandatory measure, mismanaged funds, a lack of planning or foresight for increased ridership due to high gas prices...take your pick.

Correct. Red Line has gotten worse in the past 5 years. As someone who relies on it every day it's less than ideal.

Funny, I'm a lifelong resident and I now use "Metro" as a verb. As in "we'll Metro to this place and then walk a block."

It's one of Phil Hartman's funnier little bits from SNL. May he RIP.

My thoughts exactly. I still play 1 to 2 hours a night when not playing anything else. Need to start playing some more Gold matches to unlock the other classes.

Can't believe you went there. And can't believe that I laughed. Yep.

Like others have said you're definitely not alone. Somehow both games bypassed me and I was probably busy playing Deus Ex at the time the sequel came out. Not interested in it at all but I imagine others are dying to play it. To each their own.

Atlas? No problem. Brute? No problem. Banshee? RUN, take cover, and hope that your other teammates are firing everything they've got at her like you are. I would never think to use a missile on her unless it's the 10th/11th wave and we're at the Extraction Point.

Iron Man 2 suffers in the 2nd act with all of the heavy lifting/S.H.I.E.L.D. stuff that was crammed in there to pave the way for the Avengers. It slows the movie's pace to a crawl after the Monaco/Whiplash/Crimson Dynamo sequence. *Other* than that it's a solid sequel and a pretty damn good movie. Just not as good

They explained how dinosaur alt-forms arrived on Cybertron before going to Earth. Shockwave did some scouting at one point on Earth so, yes, space t-rex make sense.

And film it in France. Just don't tell the Ultimates' version of Cap about this. :p

The Mandarin being in the film isn't confirmed yet. Last I heard they were borrowing more elements from Warren Ellis' Extremis storyline just like they did for the first film. I'm not sure The Mandarin works as a villain in this day and age unless they totally revamp his character and come up with a technological

I'm fan Tron and Legacy but Legacy's script promised things it didn't deliver. Particularly Alan and Flynn's talk about 'changing science, medicine and religion." That's brought up and then never addressed again. Also, the ISOs weren't all that well explained. It promised much and delivered little. I'm hoping the
