I stick to the philosophy of “two is one, and one is none” when it comes to critical things. If I had a model3 I would use the app to unlock the car and etc but also keep the backup card on my person in the event the phone dies, gets destroyed, or misplaced.

Anyone else get their hopes up for a moment and thought Doug bought something ridiculous? So much for T H I S

Counterpoint: watch bores.

And I’d guess, like other Canadian’s in Florida, they didn’t leave a tip.

...does that mean he’s not coming on then?

Do I have to do everything for you people? :-)

I will amend that statement to “almost” no personal generators that are diesel. For example, if you look at Home Depot, out of the 700 generators that they sell, only 1 is diesel. They also have one propane and a few mix gas versions but in general, most people will use a gas generator.

Look at the username. It’s still relevant to him!

I know why the caged Rolls sings

He would have been fine if the wheel was on the correct side.

That’s not a crime. That’s a civil offense.

Dear car fanboys:

“Only 335 HP”

This is why we can’t have nice things. “I totally would have bought it if it had 600hp, an 8 speed manual, weighed 1400 pounds, had a leather interior with power everything, an infotainment system that rivals my 4k/X-box set-up and only cost $15,000.”

If I was an auto exec I’d cut y’all

The maintenance on my Boxster is easy! All you need is a regular ‘ol metric socket set, a magic wand, some fairy dust, and a direct line to God, himself. And then? Voila! You’ve officially added wiper fluid!

You had to buy the Testarossa for that

I’m stating the obvious, but it’s so incredibly, utterly fucked up that it’s normal for people to have to sell their belongingsand beg strangers for money just to get treatment for their sick children. This is not the sign of a civilized society.

But Amelias Emails!

This whole story was so blatantly ridiculous that I was surprised it wasn’t an email forward from my mother

It just wouldn’t be gentleman racing without a bit of bankruptcy now and then.

Cheap knives. No big deal.
