Assuming it was an honest review (sounds like it), why not just add an addendum that the owner had approached you and told you to take the review down? Include the date, maybe quote from his FB message, if that’s how he/she (guessing this is a guy, though) asked.

In my MR2 (MKII) there was a fore-aft adjustment on the headrests. On my wife’s previous Prius, I flipped the headrests front-to-back. Her current Fiat is pretty hopeless this way (I just can’t sit comfprtably in that thing).
