So our entire culture of cleanliness and personal appearance would just disappear within fifteen years of the apocalypse?

I thought for sure this was going to be about Neal Adams' Batman: Odyssey

What? No! You have no idea what you're talking about. They're written the way animated movies have always been and are SUPPOSED to be written. With storyboard pitches. They're good because of that creative process and strong directors, not despite it. That's not a committee, its a team.

Since you mentioned the new composer, the least you could do is mention the composer of the Sim City 2000 music: Sue Kasper. She also did the equally funky and weird music for Sim Farm a few years before that.

I'm fine with this. In fact, it seems weird that the Ponds are even going to be jaunting around at all this season. We've pretty much resolved their plot lines haven't we? I love them, but what else is there to say? Besides, Moffat's teasing us with the possibility of death. Isn't THAT the reason the Doctor wanted to

Loving everything except:

Wow, never played Tribes, I guess?

Yay another comment thread full of privileged middle class kids telling minorities to suck it up and just deal with the normalization societal bigotry!

Er, yea. The whole "without us" part kinda is what this is all about.

That may have been the best 2 minutes I've ever spent.

Really? REALLY? The New Virgin Adventure novels. You're gonna complain about retconning some obscure aspect of Timelord society that isn't even mentioned in the show proper? Why complain about that when you could complain that the Tenth Doctor had no recollection that he had lived through the exact same adventure when

Oh please. It's not contempt. Even classic Who had a very loose relationship with its own continuity. I'd rather them create interesting stories than constantly worry about weaving some airtight universe that accounts for every single line of every single piece of Doctor Who fiction ever made. Besides, time gets

I still hold that the game could have been so much cooler with a cell shaded, Bruce Timm inspired art direction. Gothic deco environs. Characters that actually have more than one facial expression. You could even let Harley carry her awesome giant novelty mallet.

Ah yes, the ever intriguing "Batman Paradox." Do super vigilantes keep us safe from the perpetual threat of universal doom or do they cause more harm by pushing the villains to ever more desperate and destructive schemes?

Never deny the power of a growing fanbase. Firefly's browncoats might have edged out a few years ago, but the years of post-cancellation have taken a toll on their numbers and Doctor Who is clearly positioned to be THE sci-fi show of this generation. Not to mention the fact that I think it rightfully deserves to win

You're going spend quite a large percentage of that life worrying, then.

Why does no one ever bring up the fact that people actually like the chemicaly derived feeling that nicotine gives them? We pretty much accept that answer for every other substance.

You're right. It was preferable to what happened after Katrina. In Pompeii, you at least recieved a quick death. Those who didn't drown in New Orleans died slow, agonizing deaths from heat strokes or dehydration. Those who survived sweltered during the day and were accosted at night by swarms of mosquitoes, rats

Isn't there some way to implement a feedback rating system for Live users based on conduct? We don't have to ban them, but can't we sequester identified and confirmed shitty people into their own servers?

@bakana: The moving away from schlock is actually what turns me off of Rifftrax. Modern films just don't have the pacing or pauses to compliment the riffing. Plus you lose out on the historical angle of watching films you probably haven't seen simply because they're so old and obscure and, well, bad. Not to mention
