For being the show’s 99th episode, I thought they were firing on all cylinders. It feels like a great ramp-up to 100. Return characters foreshadowed with whisky bottles! A, B, & C plots felt vital. No one felt left out. Quips on point and plentiful. And Nate! Great Nate lead, especially after last season's "Nate

Speaking with regard to the entirety of all comedic superhero media, this was refreshingly mature.

Lord, look up the title for next week's episode too. I thought the ap was glitching.

Batwoman - I’m not really liking the rich birth-mother story arc. But it’s early, and the show has a strong cast - they’ve shown they can act through just about anything. As for the Ruby Rose allegations, Wow. If Dougrey Scott really is that big a prick, then maybe he’s off the show permanently. The whole situation

Beast Rabban; he slayed one

There are these hand-held jobbies that don't pump out scalding steam.

Cindy’s supersuit (villain-suit?) is fantastic.

I think with the return of the intro, and Kara’s earlier failure with the courage totem, the show is lampshading its signature action set-piece: the Jet Plane Rescue and Water Landing.

I don’t normally say “Yes!” aloud while watching TV. But I did when Nia told off her sister.

I noticed the intro too, it feels like a chapter heading for these last five episodes. Kind of a “Let’s pull out this chestnut for the final run” type thing.

“I want a bean feast!”

I'm really loving the cameo return of characters from season one.

Whoopsie: Can’t keep working the crews 18 hour days anymore.

“The Ring” really takes the cake. I knew something was coming though; you know how there’s a gut feeling that the end credits should be rolling a scene or two after the climax... but then the movie keeps going. The feeling of doom somehow hadn’t yet lifted even after Samara’s soul was supposedly free. I was in a sold

I like Cyborg and Dorothy just fine. The cliffhanger for season 2 sorta screeched everything to a halt right when it was getting good. Dorothy vs Jane was gearing up to be epic ... it almost got there. The wrap-up of this thread (opening of S3) belongs back on Season Two. The Dorothy arc would have felt more

I’m ready to count last season and this as together one epic, long-ass season ... in a good way, of course.

The look - cinematography etc - is way better than it has any right to be. I think it was shot in wide-screen too.

At this point they should pull Halloween 3 out of the title, just call it Killer Mask: Season of The Witch” ... make a “Killer Mask 2" or “Killer Mask: Resurrection” or some shit and just grow a new lobe on the great, bloody, horror franchise ginger root.

Kinda expect Rick & possibly Yolanda to both get transfered to Helix - maybe with some conniving from the institute itself. Rick as an alternative to juvy; Yo just cause she needs counseling. Heck, I could see them pulling in Cindy.
