This much trauma over the Phantom(s) Zone ... kinda suggests they’ll be back. They were half ho-hum but they got them up to a legit creepy level a couple times. The PTSD over the Phantoms is scarier than the actual Phantoms.

I also get that the show & this week’s director framed the kids to look like they were a bunch of kids going trick-or-treating. It’s an aesthetic between showing the team looking as though they’re in way over their heads, the retro look, & the fact that they’re all still newbies v.s. normal superhero show costume…

They’re surprisingly (though not surprisingly- when you think about it) more richly produced than one might at first assume when listened to on a good sound system rather than, say, my shitty TV speakers.
