They both played Thatcher, after all.

Orca I remember seeing on HBO and I thought it was traumatic. The White Buffalo, on the other hand, I saw in theaters. I re-watched it recently on one of those discount Roku channels, and it holds up okay. It was a step above Roger Corman and three steps below Jaws. Pretty standard western for the times - that being au

I was hoping for a: “Hey, Philipe. I’m Barry. Now lets you and I go back in time and undo you killing that guy with the stabby playing cards. Okay?”

“Whoa-oh here he comes.

His special ops’ paychecks hadn’t cleared yet.

Blip lip balm.

Not to detract from whether this is either “shrug” or great news depending on your knowledge of the character... (I mean DC could use another female motion picture lead for sure) but it is ... maybe bittersweet that the character won’t show up on Legends of Tomorrow to canoodle with John Constantine.

It wasn’t clear to me that Kate was alive due to that final shot, but my TV is small by today’s standards and ten feet away - waa-aay across the room from me, so maybe I missed something. I saw what looked like a corpse wearing a mask and a necklace that I guess was supposed to be Kate’s but since there were dozens of

It’s hard not to expect this will turn out for all involved to be either a massive disappointment, a massive bait-and-switch recasting

Where are the “Trump is the Antichrist” people? They’re really slacking if they’re out there.

Maybe someone else can correct me if I’m wrong, but my gut says part of the problem would be with Warner Brothers constantly farming out their CGI to new lowest-bid companies every time at bat, while the MCU sticks with the same crew over and over again (ILM?) and are able to build upon past work.

And Winter Soldier saved its one slo-mo /splash panel type shot for Cap falling through the smashed glass of the crashing helicarrier as Bucky watches him fall. It’s a great shot, a total surprise, but extremely well placed.

The hunchback costume schtick starts off so-oo stupid ... but the weirdness keeps going until once he’s floating out the window it turns into sheer freak inspired lunacy.

All prescience is eerie just like all failure is miserable.
