Good.
Good.
Is this any sort of a big deal? I mean... yeah. High demand. Low supply. We aren’t talking about something essential for living here. It’s a factory hot-rodded SUV that’s going to be as much about being seen in as driving.
Breaking news: A car with a base model already commanding frequent markups is also going to experience markups on the special trim.
This is such garbage. cars already cost way too much to begin with!
Why a $25,000 Tesla will never come: because people are climbing over each other to pay $50,000 instead.
My ‘82 Sedan DeVille had tiny “scoops” at the ends of the front fenders with little lights indicating turn signal, headlights and high beams. There was another one inside the car above the rear window that you could see in your rear view mirror that used little red lights to indicate your tail light turn signals were…
4) Politicians don’t like to spend money repairing infrastructure. It isn’t sexy. They would rather spend money on some new trendy program (universal basic income, free public transit, college loan forgiveness, etc.).
Ok, I know this is stupid, but I like this. In fact I love the “patina” and think I would probably clearcoat the bird shit as well as the paint and trim to preserve it all just as is.
Let’s all say it together, folks:
she’s an antivaxxer who got vaxxed for the marvel bag. really strong in her convictions and loud as fuck but will go against them for that marvel money. she continues to be an embarrassment. all of this backlash she’s getting only pushes her to believe she’s even more right that she really is oppressed.
You’re telling me that a sunroof is pointless on a warm - cool Texas night? I feel like that’s a perfect time to have one.
I know everyone says that sunroofs leak and break regularly, but every car I’ve ever had that’s not a convertible has had a sunroof with not even one issue. I use them all the time when I want some open air feeling without letting it all in, like when it’s a sunny 45 degree day in the spring, too cold for windows down…
My daily is a 1994 Prelude that’s only stranded me once (clutch slave @ 233k miles). I get 30mpg when I drive it like a normal person and not a teenager. 2010 old... pshhh.
Yup, Schwinn like many other were bought out buy Pacific Cycle who then shifted manufacturing overseas in early 2000's.
That being said by the time I got to high school I was breaking everything in sight sometimes out of spite because my parents wouldn’t get me a car
I am 100% right there with you! How many times did I “ghost ride” any of my decent bikes? Zero. How many times did a random Huffy, Roadmaster, AMF, or whatever get “ghost ridden”? Hundreds of times and they sure as hell didn’t live long lives, nor were they even as well built as the bikes I have seen at Walmart lately.…
Driving a Bronco Raptor around on the tiny wheels will become a status symbol. This will make them easier to get in and out of when you park them at the mall.
I’ll just follow Orlove’s advice and steal a proper bike.
$962300/ 23 ppl / 3 yrs = $14k a year per person
You should add not having the headlight alignment verified as part of the safety inspection to register a vehicle. I’ve lost count of the number of cars I’ve encountered with a ‘headhunter’ headlight that’s pointed at an angle to suitable to blind drivers ahead of them or oncoming on the other side of the road.
