This was legit the soundtrack of my childhood growing up in L.A. Every family backyard BBQ, house party, local family reunion, summers spent picnicking in the park, block parties, you name it, we were jamming out to that New Jack Swing sound. ....but meanwhile back in the story this person actually told where they knew the person for years and actually interacted with them on the evening in question they had the impression there were self esteem issues.
My guess is that he has seen some young people eat at the same places he has and assumes that all young people in all places eat at expensive restaurants when the fact of the matter is that the young people he is in contact with probably come from wealthy families that subsidize their avocado toast and coffee habits. …

It’s so refreshing to read a story about an abusive asshole who kills himself instead of shooting a woman and her children, parents, coworkers, etc.

It’s still so odd to me that the Cinci airport is in KY. That area is such a weird mash up. I lived in Erlanger KY (about 5 mins from this airport) and it was like living in a suburb of Cinci, yet being in another state. You would walk into a KY restaurant and they’d be fundraising for an Ohio charity.
