Because a mouse and keyboard are immeasurably better for strategy games and first person shooters than a controller.

There totally needs to be more cars with a liftback/hatchback. In fact, if this came in actual coupe form it would be at the top of my list.

I’ve drove a ‘00 Toyota Celica for 16 years that has never left me stranded, even after 184k miles. Basic maintenance only. The sole non-routine item that wore out was a door lock actuator.

I’m no geologist, but maybe tesla should spend more time and R&D finalizing their production process and working on normal manufacturing efficiencies instead of spending two years and lord knows how much money trying to force stupid “innovations” like gull-wing doors and a 30" tablet instead of HVAC controls.

I really wish people would stop calling these types of things “crossovers”. It’s a hatchback. Putting a factory 2" lift on a hatchback doesn’t make it a “crossover”, it makes it a lifted hatchback.

Honda is what I call a “60% company”. You hear something awesome like “we are still going to offer it with a manual”, and you get excited... (20%)

Like AJC said, CO is 85, 87, 91, so technically I’ve always bought “mid-grade” (87 in this case) since I drive in and out of the state a bunch and it’s just habit.

Careful Tom, you’re dangerously close to insinuating that people should be held accountable for their own actions rather than just blaming someone else...

I get it: this is a car enthusiast website. People come here to read about sweet sports cars only 15% of readers can actually afford. That’s why I show up daily (plus some of your writers are funny and the reader base has some amazing pearls of wisdom every once in awhile).

Having driven a manual Wrangler for years and several dual clutch cars before, everytime I heard something bad about the Focus transmission I immediately thought “these darn kids and their smooth automatic transmissions and mixtapes, they have no idea how good they have it”. Then my wife got a 2012 dct Focus....

Easily the biggest issue. Amazes me they never realistically considered throwing the 2.0L turbo in there. Handsome, reasonably priced, and comfortable/classy on the inside (except for Inform, good Lord please get rid of that). If it had any kind of get up and go it would have actually sold.

Someone once said, “explaining a joke is like dissecting a frog; you understand how it works but you kill it in the process...”

Just like my parents said when they were asked where I was conceived, the answer is always “Miata”.

I can summarize precisely what is wrong with this ad and these pictures: they’re trying to hard.

Love it or hate it, we can definitely agree it looks way too busy with all the unnecessary angles and creases.

You all do realize that XY chromosomes mean male, right?

As a recent convert over to the world of public transportation myself (own a Focus ST, refuse to sit in an hour’s worth of traffic just so I can spend $18 a day on parking), I totally feel you. The lack of freedom is the most difficult thing to adjust to.
