I haven’t played Bravely Default, but it’s a smaller game (technically speaking) so a world map shouldn’t be a problem. And correct me if I’m wrong, but wasn’t Ni No Kuni a continent as opposed to a whole planet? Because I think that’s ultimately what we’re dealing with here.

I don’t think that shot of the eye is Cloud. That was pulled from the first E3 trailer where the kids were playing in the park. The little girl goes down the slide looks up and it cuts closer to her face looking at what appears to be the lifestream. It might possibly allude to the scene where the lifestream erupts

When the term “episodic” is used in correlation with games today, people’s minds immediately float to something akin to what TellTale does with their games, or the most recent King’s Quest, and that sets expectations incredibly low.

Note that not once has Square used the term “episodic” when referring to splitting the game up. They’ve simply said there will be multiple installments, which has me believing it will be more in line with what they did with the XIII trilogy. Only in this instance it’s all the same story, but cut into parts simply

I definitely want to play it all in one go. That’s what would make me happiest. I also have to realize how many variables are actually in play here.

To quote John Mulaney: “If you’re comparing the badness of two different words, and you won’t even say one of them, that’s the worse word.”

I still can’t believe that this a thing that’s happening.

Seriously going to miss Waid on Daredevil. The balance he struck between light and dark storytelling was perfect.

I actually went as all-new Jughead for Halloween this year. The hat (whoopie cap) is made from a fedora. You turn it inside out, cut the brim off (easier that it sounds) and then shape the crown pattern around it. In my case I spray painted it a grayer color and added on the patches which are just felt pieces. This is

I can’t believe you’ve done this!

So happy Landis is writing a Superman series. The next issues promises to be very violent and he’s even quoted as saying there’s an issue that has the most violent fight involving Clark that’s ever been seen.

Well you’re HALF right!...........

Either die a something or live long enough to see yourself something, something else.....

He and Vision are the only vanilla members on this team.

Sam is definitely nothing out of the ordinary, but I can at least say I found his inaugural run as Nova pretty enjoyable. It’s just your typical high school hero story, but he’s got some endearing qualities and seeing him learn how to deal with space antics was pretty fun. I think he suffered from one too many team

I agree. Remender’s first run with Sam in All-New Cap was pretty much just passable and didn’t really feel different from Steve in any way. I get what Spencer is trying to do with his new run on Sam, but I feel like it’s coming off a bit too forced and Steve is being mis-characterized. But the social situation Waid

The new #1’s from Marvel are relatively unburdened by past canon. You should be comfortable jumping on to most of them. But also don’t let canon keep you from jumping on a book that looks good. Usually people think that backstory is a huge stumbling block when coming into comics when it often isn’t the case. You

The supporting cast was the best part of Miles’ Ultimate run. I guess there’s no 100% certainty that they’re all dead and gone at the moment, but it certainly looks that way. If Miles and The Maker are the only characters that make it out of the Ultimate universe then that’s going to be a real shame.

No clue myself. We’ve got no indication on whether or not his dad and his friends survived the incursion. And if they didn’t, I can’t see how he can swing around doing the Spidey thing while everything and everyone he’s ever known has died. Pretty sure that even after 8 months that would be a tough pill to swallow.
