@Jacknut: You can just copy the "internet" folder (which is somewhere like %appdata%/rainmeter/skins/wp7/panels) and rename it like "internet2" or something. restart rainmeter and insert it via the right click menu of rainmeter since it won't show up in the widget overview. you should have two browser widgets now.

I use dropbox as well as rapidshare. dropbox is perfect for small files now and then but for sharing larger chunks or especially receiving data rapidshare is the best. Sometimes I get 3.5MB/s and that's about double the speed of other services - simply amazing!

VOTE: Dropbox

One of the most important classes was politics and social studies in 10th grade. Since then I am really interested in global and local politics, welfare, and social justice.

VOTE: Cobain Backup

@JosephCole: I second that. Great program! Should get a feature on lifehacker.

@bobdeloyd: maybe I don't get your point or maybe you don't get mine but I think we both know that sadly enough racism and sexism still exist. In my opinion the author critizises exactly that by pointing out that only a small group of people is actually in the position of being not afraid of discrimination and those

@bobdeloyd and @coasttech: no offense, but why do both of you accept the "male, straight" but write about the "white"? so, sexism and intolerance against homosexuals is ok? (btw: is there an -ism for the latter?)

Yes, i did but i am neither happy about it nor is it unfortunate. It is a plugin i need sometimes - thats it. No fan of plugins anyway...

@PasBesoin: you can find some libraries here [www.d-project.com] for java, javascript, php and actionscript. The site is japanese (I think) but not speaking it myself I was still able to find my way round. with the javascript lib you could create a local webpage to generate codes.

Greaat thing about QR Code is its redundant data so error correction is great. You can exploit that like this guy [whomwah.com] and create "human-readable", yet working QR Code.

@Joshua.H: while in closed source there can be intentional holes e.g. for secret services etc. and none is able to find it.

@steelew: I read a few bad reviews, too but honestly I don't care that much. There is almost no learning curve esspecially if you had another software firewall.

@witeowl: true. but you could always try it the old fashioned way: print out the lyrics from one of the numerous lyrics websites and try to sing along. On the piece of paper you could also make notes about translations etc. It's not as comfortable but it works.

@njdevil and @jokono: oh no guys! there is more german music than 99 Luftballons (from the early 80s) and Rammstein (from the late 90s). Try "Die Ärzte" for some really fun punk with great ironic lyrics or "Die toten Hosen" for punk/rock. Or "Fünf Sterne Deluxe" for hiphop with really really crazy lyrics (but be

@psychiccheese: I learnd pretty much the most of my english through lyrics of songs. I mean, Shakespeare at school was boooring but translating Guns N' Roses was awesome. So I built up a pretty good vocabulary and even the grammar was ok. Also you learn a bit about how a language should "feel".

@njdevil: also there is this play with words in the chorus that is really hard to get for a non-native, especially a beginner. Rammstein in general has pretty poetic constructions etc. even though the lyrics are pretty hard (means "not suitable for children") most of the time.
