I don’t even correct the people I interact with regularly anymore. It’s one syllable and they can’t seem to wrap their minds around the long I sound.. I guess because it’s Polish and there’s no vowel on the end? I don’t even know.

I can’t stand when Kelly covers anything because she always tries to make it her own and I can’t handle it. I love her voice though.

Very few people actually WANT to sit as a juror, and I hope the people that make ridiculous excuses to get out of it are never involved in a case where they’re going to rely on a jury of their peers to make a very important decision for them.

What it sounds like to me (and I’m obviously guessing) is that she is rude and interrupts him pretty much every time she’s in front of him and he was DONE with her. I’m sure he’s threatened her with contempt in the past and she doesn’t care because he hasn’t done anything up until this point. Did he handle it

Thank you for this. I didn’t know that 5-htp could help with migraines until I googled what it was after reading your comment and now I am going to try that.

She probably really likes someone taking care of her physical and financial well-being since she has proven in the past that she doesn’t always make the best decisions. I’m sure the court has questioned her on that too. Also, paying her dad $130,000 per year to do it doesn’t seem unreasonable considering the amount of

I agree. You’d think if she were trying to secure evidence that she would take a regular video on her phone, not on an app that erases the video after a certain amount of time...

My mom and her siblings went through the same thing when my grandma had cancer and eventually died. It’s just something that I don’t think they will ever come back from.

Some of those tweets are not that funny but the way they read them makes them hilarious.

Michigan has set sentencing guidelines in place to ensure an offender is given a “fair” sentence. There are a number of factors (offense variables and prior record variables) that determine the guidelines for sentencing such as criminal history, nature of the incident, etc. The Court cannot impose a minimum sentence

I like how they have an arrow pointing to it, like “HERE IT IS, GUYS. RIGHT THERE. LOOK AT IT!!!”

Maybe he’s just getting a fuck ton of hate mail or threats and they don’t want to deal with it. You have to know an inmate’s DOC # and specific location for them to receive mail so maybe that has something to do with it.

“I was a dick.”

I harshly dislike people who hate on food that is not authentic. Like, I know Olive Garden is not authentic Italian but I like their breadsticks so go to hell.

What about regular old Chapstick brand? I just looked at the ingredient label on mine and it doesn’t say lanolin specifically but I don’t know if lanolin is called anything else.

When I’m watching it I say “this show is so dumb but I can’t not watch it.” Every single time.

He plead no contest... I imagine to avoid civil liability.

A little off topic but your comment reminded me of this: I (just yesterday) witnessed an attorney tell a jury (in a civil trial) that “we don’t have to prove every part of this, this isn’t a criminal trial...” I screamed at him in my head. You can’t tell a group of jurors, that may potentially serve on a jury in a

They could file an appeal using that information but it would be up to the appeals court to decide whether or not that information would be grounds for a new trial. It basically depends on how the judges interpret the law.

YES!! That was definitely the first red flag.. I yelled at the TV “What do you mean grieving process??? You don’t know she’s dead yet!!”
