I especially like his long winded explanation of how his tire pressures were off. Yeah, I get it, the imprecise nature of the analog gauge being off by 1.5 psi totally caused you to jump that curb!

I don't work directly on the sales floor, but I get to see how everything works "under the hood" (desking, incentives, advertising, site design, pricing, etc) at our dealer group and compare it to how others in our area and around the country do things. The above advice is excellent.
