But they would also need the players to wear some sort of sensors on knees/elbows/ect, as that is also a crucial determining factor of spotting the ball. Where the ball ends up after the play is over, can be very different from where the ball was when the player

Yeah - I generally DVR the game. I can start about 2pm, and, if they're getting blown out in the second half - I can fast-forward through that sucker, and be done in 1 hour (especially last year).
