It would look good in a nice forest green.

Sorry, David; but pointing out that modern SUVs and trucks have visibility issues out of the factory cannot be a defense for making those issues worse with a modification. The motivations may be bigotry or general assholeness, but that doesn’t negate that they may be on the right side of the argument just for the

Ban it for safety, and introduce a charge of felony level stupidity for everyone whoever thought that it was a good idea in the first place. Keep that sort of shit for the track and stadium exhibitions, not the public roads.

I should have been more clear. The conversion to real money or otherwise exchanging it for another form (goods, precious metals, other crypts) is when gains become realized and therefore taxable. It’s no different than the exchange of a stock, for instance. You can read the IRS website and its various publications

Capital Gains.

I think you get taxed when you cash out into real money. Then it’s just income like any other money you get.

It’s become really bad. And destructive. Think about it, any shmuck with a BA in Anglish or Journalismism can get a job at a highly trafficked blog/news site and proceed to spew more or less drivel to an audience of thousands/millions who lap it up like pigs at a trough. Got D. Trump elected, got many lives ruined,

Crypto gains are taxed now.

A fool and his money, and all that. Isn’t capitalism just the greatest?

As a game developer for the last 30 years, I’ve been able to put off becoming “old”, at least culturally, as I tend to have my nose buried in all the latest digital trends as part of my job.

Hey, that’s disrespectful. The extras I buy in video games are cool things I can look at while playing a game even if they aren’t real, NFTs are just things that you probably can’t even look at when the server hosting the NFT you just bought goes down in a week. :p

The entire crypto market is nothing but a scam and the only reason it got some traction is people see it as a get quick rich. The day any major government like USA decide to bring it under some kind of legislation or make it taxable a lot of these crypto/tech bros would be running away.

Media reporting really does a good job at amplifying nonsense these days.

But the exact hash of that NFT of that meme picture can never be had by anyone ever again!

NFTs are basically an overpriced version of the crap you pay for in video games, or in-game extras; you “bought” them, but you don’t own a damn thing physically.

inb4 the Crypto-nerds show up and give us a healthy does of “umm, ackchewally”.

They’ve fixed it. Peak torque used to be at 6400 RPM, and it’s now at 3700 RPM.

Can’t complain about my current lineup

you’ll never go broke underestimating the intelligence of the american people
