The visibility is dramatically better than the Camaro. Hop out of the Chevy and into the Mustang, and the amount of glass and sight lines are way better instantly. It’s not an Accord, though.

No, it still sounds terrible. It’s one of the worst sounding fours in production (exhaust note). The aftermarket doesn’t help, and it only finally sounds good with full exhaust and a big turbo kit.
3.55 is an option. 3.31 is the standard gear for the GT manual and is what I have. Gutless it is not. Go drive a 4cylinder NA family car for a while.
Alanis has the correct answer (coming from a Mustang owner).
I really wish they would go to a specific total MJ/s output like WEC. The innovation there is amazing.
Also not a sports car. Hot hatch.
Pants: tight.
Putting a more powerful engine in a car does not make it a “sports”. Muscle would be more accurate. Let’s see what happens when that V6 Camry has to go around a corner, or even worse, put power down through/out of a corner.
You’d be more accurate if you said it became somewhat of a muscle car. Putting a (more) powerful engine in an otherwise non-sporty chassis does not a sports sedan make. It still doesn’t even resemble a driver’s car in the slightest.
Chia-Fon Lee was my IC engine design class professor. Awesome to see his name here!
1st Gear: Par for an incompetent administration. I expect nothing less anymore.
That’s only because the 350/370Z are too heavy for their size. 329 hp should be plenty for a car that small, but they’re ~3400 lbs. If they got it near 3000 lbs it’d be an absolute hoot to drive.
Not even close to beating Matt’s reaction here:
Erm, no. What needs to be changed is the signage and traffic control, not for autonomous vehicles (or anyone) to do California stops. GTFO with that.
Can agree. Fantastic car, and very quick for its stats. I had an 09 i4 coupe w/ MT and did get a chance to drive a V6 6MT and immediately felt envy.
People are terrible drivers because a huge portion of the population doesn’t give a damn enough to be a good driver. “Passing” the “test” is enough for almost everyone. There are a lot of situations that either require very sophisticated AI adaptive learning, which is not even close yet, or this thing called human…
Absolute least favorite...enormous fake vents on the new Civics:
Interesting. I find my fairly modified ‘15 GT pretty easy at the limit, and actually more predictable with all the nannies off. In the driving I’ve done of a GT350, it seemed just as or even more sorted/easy.
Really? That car is pretty damn sorted. What do you normally track?
But have you actually driven one?
