Yes and your suspension setup is highly dependent on your driveline layout. Most fast FWD cars on a track have very stiff rear ARBs and you can see this by the way they tripod around the track. Try that in a RWD car and you won’t be putting much power down. You then use aero to balance out the car in the high speed

Well, you know I was trying to be sorta kind and recognize that there is (unfortunately) a sizable contingent of these people who think this is not only ok, but cool. I agree though.

Sure, but they also need a well-designed splitter to go with it. One without the other doesn’t usually work unless you have some “interesting” chassis setup going on.

Very different example because you have a huge splitter to balance it out.

Unless it’s stance, where 98% of people will hate it.

HA HA

Not if it makes the car slower because the handling balance is worse.

Except that’s an Altima...

Ugh. Huge rear wing on FWD car. Ugh.

Every time I see something like this, I am convinced we deserve all the political bullshit we’re getting/going to get over the next few years. This country is full of filthy bigots. They haven’t complained that an Aussie, Kiwi or Frenchman have won recently, but they’re “white guys”.

Difference is those guys were all white.

Dying over here. Thank you for that lol.

So far people find him more personable/down to earth than Fields.

I can tell you that your hot take is accurate.

What in the hell are you on about?

Don’t worry, Mustang is safe. It’s profitable.

More 1 than anything. Fields is a business guy. The MBA type. He’s not a leader that gets people excited about....anything. Alan made you feel like he was leading everyone into battle and that he’d be right by your side. He’s the type you’d follow anywhere for anything, just because of who he is and how he leads. The

You’d be amazed at how accurate that quote is. There’s pockets of greatness at the mid levels, but there are also a ton that have gotten there through brute force and tenure alone, and it shows. Sociopathic tendencies are not that rare from the chief engineer/director level on up at Ford.

Mulally was still CEO. Fields took over in July of 14. I was a sad panda. Mulally was one of the reasons I went to work there.

Nail, meet hammer.
