They still have no grounds for a case. A tragedy occurred, and the man is being charged accordingly. There are so many things that this guy could’ve been distracted by that could’ve ended up with the same result. This is a bullshit case and should be thrown out.

The technology/patent is completely erroneous in this case. It’s a distraction. The judge should throw it out immediately on grounds that the person driving was not exercising any form of personal responsibility by using Snapchat while driving.

It’s actually worse.

NO!

We are now in a post-intellectual society. Nov 8th proved that knowledge, facts, experience and rationality do not matter to enough of the country who either a) voted for Trump, or b) didn’t vote, or c) stupidly voted for a third party candidate in our current system, particularly when so much was on the line.

No, they really are that stupid, or so prejudiced, or both. The problem is that because they are that stupid, talking to them about facts and ideas that are rational which do not fit their views only makes them dig in their heels harder, as the very astute Mr. Bonhoeffer stated. This is exactly what we saw since about

I’m with you on all of that. People I thought were good, decent folks betrayed those ideas for party or religion or whatever else they fucking got led by (“well, he’s an outsider”). The vast majority of my friends and family did the right thing, but I was shocked at so many who did not.

Did you fall asleep from October 2015 through April 2016? You’d know the answer to your question if you were awake.

Yeah, that one is definitely dumber. Holy shit, so many humans are stupid.

Losses for a DOHC engine are actually a little higher (pushrod engines have one camshaft, driven by one timing chain, for fewer valve interactions in total). OHC/DOHC engines typically make more power, and have higher power ceilings for the same displacement because they can flow much more air (biggest reason) and can

Certainly not all. The SRT stuff and Jeep Wrangler and GC, along with Ram are good. Most of their smaller and mid-sized car and CUV stuff is lacking quite a lot compared to the competition, though. Unfortunately, those are often the types of vehicles that drive consumer sentiment and sales.

...have you been in the new one? I’m guessing no. Everything before this gen was woeful, I agree.

It’s very close. I have a 5.0L GT and my best friend has a Shelby on order. The Shelby is extraordinary for the things that you can’t quantify. I’ve gotten a half day’s seat time driving one. You could definitely build a GT to be faster in a straight line and around corners, but it’d be a little less special still.

Well, it gets a lot of flack on here because of some of the dumbasses that drive it. Double-edged sword: it’s amazing because it’s so affordable and capable, but it’s also so affordable, so more dumb can access it. If you can get past the stigma, you’ll be rewarded with one of the very best values on sale today for a

My favorite view of mine:

DOOOOO IIIIITTT. You’ll love it. I love mine.

Some of the things that are important can’t really be understood by taking it apart. They can measure and quantify everything, but if the why for certain things (plus the tolerances, which are not known) isn’t there, then it’s not nearly as useful. Also, just because suppliers are shared doesn’t mean supplier A builds

I have plenty of friends and family who are both religious and exceptional people. That said, I cannot think of a group with a higher percentage of dangerous hypocrites that threaten others than the devoutly religious. “Evangelicals” are synonymous with beliefs so strong that facts are ignored and said beliefs

Oh FFS, there’s like an acre of land in between the garage and them.

Fuck these people. Anyone with a lifted bro truck want to drive into their house?
