You left out the time spent making or waiting for tacos. 40-60 minute wait for a delivery isn’t going to work when I am hungry and want something fast - whether it is eggs and toast, or a PB sandwich.

The enforcement might be racist/classist. But the stats show that wealthy or white are more likely to be factors in doing these acts when enforced fairly.

Most jurisdictions already have defined what things like super speeding, drag racing (or illegal speed contest), and stunt driving. Any law that refers to these would use those pre-existing definitions.

A first offense, a short temporary suspension works for me. It shows that society means business when it comes to people driving 1+ ton implements of death and destruction.

I like the concept. But you are right, the initial penalties are too tough. Instead, why not:

I once followed someone in that area when trying to bypass a shutdown due to accident. I noped it when it came to something like a 50 degree downhill plunge, complete with massive ruts. To this day I don’t know if their vehicle survived. 

Simple advice for people following GPS: If it routes you onto an unpaved road, turn around. Unless it is the last mile or two to get to your anti-social Uncles house.
