Maybe the just didn't include them in the Japanese event because EA games don't really sell out there... I mean who in Japan would be interested in the new Madden, NHL, Tiger Woods, or Mass Effect?

@favian: Well I would have gotten one if all the games were available, but I've bought all my games digitally since I saw that come out, figuring that the PSP2 would be digitally backwards compatible guess I lucked out with that one.

Looking pretty large... but I still want it. Especially if the bluetooth PS3 controller connection will work, hello second console hooked up to my tv :P

@flapjack21: Well, if you take a look at the deals you can get all those games WAY cheaper than retail, I got Persona 3 Portable for 19.99 ( I had never played it before, and atlus had a 50% off sale), and I got Valkyria Chronicles 2 for 15.99 (when sega had their christmas deal).

@flapjack21: if you haven't touched your PSP in the last year it's your own fault, not sony's , it's been an amazing year for the PSP, with God of War, Kingdom Hearts, and my personal favorite for the year, MGS Peacewalker. There are lots of other games out there too that were really highly reviewed, like Valkyria

@ortizlgnd4: that actually made me laugh outloud, well done sir.

Well, I think usually people are more themselves online than they are anywhere else, at least when it's anonymous. Mind you the Vatican doesn't really do so well online, considering that it's official youtube channel has less than 100,000 subscribers last I checked.

@mellowguy: My feelings exactly, the only game I'm remotely interested in trying on the system is snake eater in 3d, but then again I already have it for PS2, and there's always the possibility that the 3DS games will go multiplatform for the PSP2 as well, (which I am keenly interested in if it's not too expensive).

@junior ghoul: well you can if you have an unlimited data plan, you can use skype over the iphone 4's 4g and verizon is offering unlimited data. and you'd still be paying skype the 2.99 a month for your "plan" plus the data service.

@bduddy: perhaps for an mp3 player option that doesn't take hours to find your music, or a decent browser experience with touchscreen controls. This could seriously make me throw away my itouch if it has those. I use that for music but my psp for games.

@Deunan: If I could buy a used copy to not pay anything to activision, I would be right there with you.

@zegota: what if it replaces your cell phone through a skype number?

This is great news, but I'll probably not use the 3g unless it's cheap as hell to run it. Nice that you'd be able to run skype off of it though, therefore killing me paying for phone service. Hmmm I will certainly buy this PSP2, at least if it's under 300, if they're smart it'll be 250.

@Mike Worldcrusher: studied in Moscow and St.Petes, but people said my accent is like a moscovite... I'd much prefer a Petersburg accent though, as that's the city I prefer.

Родина does not mean Russia, it means motherland, or home country, I'm Canadian from Canada and when I studied in Russia, they asked me about my Родина or my motherland. Russia in Russian is Руссия sounded out to be "RUSSIYA"

I would probably get it just to see what they did with MGS in HD, although I have the Gamecube version of it, and the ps2 versions of the rest. I dunno, it's a yes or no for me I guess.

@BassForever: Yeah, I bought an 8gig stick a while ago, I love my PSone Classics, that's what's great about the PSPgo the built in memory, but I'm assuming that the PSP2 will have a decent internal memory deal. I've been buying all my PSP games for a while digitally banking on that (also because it's cheaper most of

@BassForever: I never bought a PSPgo, if they had the right price I would have though, as I play a ton of PSone classics and download all my PSP games from the network.
