I liked Nasai Teriyaki on the Ave. I always go back when I’m in town.

It’s ubiquitous in Seattle. I lived on it at the University of Washington.

I had a long chinwag with a Korean who studied in Japan and said teriyaki wasn’t common in Japan, more like something Korean-Japanese would make.

I’ve heard in the UK he’s been doing this for so long people there won’t fall for it anymore. Not so here yet.
