Even if it makes traffic a bit slower in the short term we need to make decisions based on the long term benefits. 

Even if that is their sole motivation, we still benefit from the resulting technology. Long term we could have fewer vehicles per capita with a primarily autonomous roadway. 

IMO if a game is no longer being sold then having an archived version (ROM) and redistributing it for free should pose no problem. Zero profits are being lost. And if this pushes companies to rerelease games on their own emulated device, then the title is still preserved.

I like to have faith that this is the case, but given that people with powerful GPUs can generate the models locally we (AFAIK) can't interpolate the source content. It just seems too close to being horrendous.

I agree with this law. These models are generated off of thousands of source images. I’m assuming that the models that work well are trained on a high volume of real CP images.
