Having worked in insurance one of the factors that determines your rates is how long you’ve had your policy. If you go around changing policies frequently it would probably increase your rates in the long run.

I had the save type of rating system in my call center. I got plenty of 9’s saying- “ohhh! The sweetie who helped me was amazing, but I hate your phone system so I’m taking one point off for that. ”- and of course that counted as a zero for me. 

Just throwing this out there.... I got the gorgeous animal crossing switch- and within 48 hours my Cat decided to leave bite marks all over one corner. My cat had never done anything like this ever and I was so angry! I felt like he defiled some holy item. 

Its bad enough I can barely read articles with all the adds, but it constantly crashes my phone browser too. Sometimes the ads popup while I’m swiping down and it clicks and redirects me to another page against my will. And if I want to type a comment- often the ad is over top of the reply button.... so I can’t.
