I’m convinced that Ike was the greatest president since FDR.  

He is happily getting wonderful health care at the taxpayers expense. And likely thinks he deserves it. One of the biggest problems with Congress is they can vote to not be held to the standards us "lesser people" must live with.

He is still a sitting senator. He has the "Cadillac" health care plan.

Republicans dont give a shit about anyone outside of their immediate family (and even family is questionable). Empathy is a foreign word to them with no translation available.

I should add that I’m genuinely curious - the McCains are filthy rich so it’s entirely possible he has personal insurance through which his bills are being paid.  But we all know perfectly well that if that’s the case he’s still got a taxpayer-paid backup.
