I think the source is being even more general. Trump’s weren’t incompetent at this specific item. They were generally incompetent at every level of everything. So to your definition, every single thing that any Trump person was involved in, near, or generally referenced as being attached to, is fucked up.

It depends on your end game. Pretty much any modern sport bike will out-accelerate any cruiser, can fit in places that they can’t, and the cops are (usually) not going to PIT you.
