Here’s an idea, have larger dress forms. No matter how you slice it it’s size biased. They don’t even account for larger sizes to begin with.

My son is six and he went through a “girls are yuck and girl things are dumb” phase. Then he just got over it one day. He made a friend at summer day camp and told me “She’s a tomboy. I told her I’m a tomgirl because I like My Little Pony!”

On one hand, I’d almost prefer that Zarya isn’t gay. Just because of the whole butch lesbian stereotype of having big muscles and short hair. Like, if they really want diversity then it should be a totally feminine girl or butch boy that ends up being gay.
