Apparently in '07 he cut funding for abstinence only ed. I am happy to be proven wrong on that, but the parental consent and "informed consent" are still awful to me. Even with a judicial workaround, I don't think minors should need to go to that length to have a medical procedure done.

These dresses are ugly, but I like it. I try to dress somewhat like this- loose and agressively unflattering clothes that hide my figure, because I want to be comfortable, and not (as) worried about creeps. Doesn’t work, but it helps.
