Thank you. The only way I’m playing COD again is for a significant change in the pace of play, which has become ridiculous – although it does keep a demographic of annoying, toxic, spastic children preoccupied and out of better games so I’m torn.

I meant human in the sense that they play more like a human would against you in a PvP setting. Games face limitations with realism because the main objective is having fun. It wouldn’t be fun to become incapacitated by a single bullet wound like real life would suggest, just like it wouldn’t be fun if a group of bad

I agree about guns feeling the same. We’re probably not far off from something better in these types of games. It would be cool if the lower level guns felt lower level in more creative ways that don’t necessarily harm the gunplay experience early on but make the guns feel different to use later on. Maybe vary the

Uhg. Vermintide 2 is so deliciously satisfying. It deserves more players.

I’m 29 and I work full time blah blah blah. My philosophy is I know I’m never going to have time to go all in and go to tournaments and all that, so I just main whoever I have the most fun with. In Smash 4 it was Bowser, who had so many matchup nightmares it was comical. But he felt so fluid and satisfying to play

Stomach viruses put the fear of God into me as a kid. I’m still perilously nervous about them. I always thought any sort of soap, wipes, or Lysol provided an impenetrable shield against them and today that apparently false security is gone. What am I supposed to do now? Trust my immune system?

Is this where we’re at with VR? Because if it is, I’m pretty sure I’m good to wait for another decade or so before I care to give it a try.

I remember how stressful it could be when I dabbled with streaming to want to ban someone but having the same problem she’s describing. I have no idea what the logic is behind letting banned users still whisper at viewers and cause disruptions. I’m pretty surprised it still goes on. Putting aside the he-said-she-said

The Eagles defense actually has turned it around since that Saints game. I’m not sure how given who they’ve got in the secondary but yeah. Also, they’ve always had a top run defense.

Razer is a third party company. Microsoft has nothing to do with how expensive they make their products.

Yes. It’s good but it’s far from “perfection.” Lose the poofy sleeves, change the eyes, add a tail, and you’re closer to what the original art and the consensus of her look seems to be. This is just Peach in a black dress looking like she’s got a shell backpack and horns.

I think you could argue that it influences kids to try and do it to their parents as well.

Yeah I believe it’s a part of their Play Anywhere push which means Windows (10) and Xbox can join each other’s games. My theory about this game and Sea of Thieves starting out relatively bare on content and buggy is that I’d imagine cross platform play between PC and console is fairly unexplored and therefore

The fact that you beat your friends with items because you likely play often with them and know how to exploit some of their quirks does not count as irrefutable evidence that items would make for fair and balanced competitive matches.

If your game has a big shiny heart capable of spawning right in your face that fully heals your character it is not a competitive game. Your skill in the game can still show when you play with items on but the random element means you could still get Mario Kart blue-shelled at any point.

Smash 4 took such a great step forward while still leaving massive room for improvement. You’re right, omega stages are a great idea but they need more TLC. When each stage becomes a skinned Final Destination, it felt like competitive players were just being thrown a bone. There are non-omega stages that are viable in

Lost me right there. 12-14 hours? Are you out of your minds? You must be doing some horrifically dull RP if you have the energy to keep it going that long.

I’ve realized my problem with PvP is that I just don’t have the time or competitive desire to “get good” these days. I enjoy playing games with friends against AI, but to me PvP ends up feeling like playing basketball with a bunch of NBA players. People just take it too seriously and it ends up sucking the fun out of

Yeah I let a lot of the harassment go for quite some time because I was in denial that she could be that kind of person, but the local girl actually developed into a bit of a stalker. I had to block her on Xbox Live as well because she would randomly see me online and blow my TV up with message notifications that were
