I certainly should have mentioned Beasley, though I think “starting for the team with the best record in the West” is overselling him a good bit given Denver’s injury situation. But he looks like a legit long-term rotation player. I mentioned Prince, who I think will be a very solid 3 and D guy.

I disagree. Certainly some major busts and less All-Star potential than originally thought, but that first round looks like it will produce more guys with long NBA careers than average. In addition to potential stars like Tatum, Fox, and Mitchell, guys like Ball, Isaac, Markkanen, Collins, Adebayo, DJ Wilson, John

Or the 19th.

That includes last year, right? No one denies that Fox was bad last year. That’s what makes his play this year so exciting. He’s putting up good numbers on a very respectable 56% true shooting, and is the engine of the Kings’ impressive (for the Kings) showing this year. If his 3pt% this season (>37%) isn’t an

Have you seen the “individual bottle,” i.e. 1L, boxes? Would fit nicely in a Pringles can with only a little cajoling.

Not sure where you are, but the porters from Great Lakes and Port City are excellent traditional offerings if you can get them. The Port City is a Baltic porter, so a bit bigger bodied.

Black Butte was also my first love, but I’ve been falling for the offering from Port City (Alexandria, VA but distributed throughout the mid-atlantic). A bit more robust and a little boozier than Deschutes, and so so silky smooth. I just love the mouthfeel. Great Lakes Edmund Fitzgerald is another excellent offering.

Red Chair! Fresh Squeezed is excellent, but I’m occasionally bummed that it knocked Red Chair from the year-round lineup. (At least I think that’s what happened, as Red Chair became a seasonal around the time Fresh Squeezed debuted).

Cigar City just upped their distribution considerably, going from maybe I could find it at the bottle shop to available in most gas stations with a solid craft cooler. Jai Alai is such a tasty, well-balanced beer and I have been happily drinking it up.

I know it’s been mentioned, but Oscar Blues Dale’s Pale Ale should be in every fridge in America.

They’ve got a serious mind-meld going these days. Their two man game is so much fun to watch.

According to Tumblr, its new adult content ban doesn’t effect images of “female-presenting nipples” that involve medical situations, are related to political speech, or appear in artwork.

Yup. I think the charge gets called may too much in college basketball, but that one’s about as clear as you can get.

You’ll have to add your own cream, but Stumptown Cold Brew is very good for canned coffee and contains no added sugar. Pricey, but very good.

Harrell’s game personifies the word “rampage” more than anybody else in the NBA. Also, he yells just so,so god damn much. He should definitely not stop rampaging, but could probably yell less.

Where is “sitting on the floor register with a blanket wrapped around you to catch the hot air” warmth? That was #1 for me as a kid.

According to Kanter, who posted photos of his travel documents, he has no visa issue. He is truly staying here out of fear for his life/freedom. I can’t say how reasonable those fears are, but he doesn’t appear to be covering for any visa issues.

Exactly the sort of thing someone who acts like a dick on the internet would say.

Bollocks!

If a beer is undrinkable with notable off flavors, then sure. But if it’s just unremarkable or a little unbalanced, it’ll be fine. Those complexities get lost when cooked in with the food and the beer is giving you the basic flavor you are seeking by adding it. Same with wine. Don’t cook with wine you wouldn’t ever dri
