I’m actually curious as to why they didn’t make Klepper the heir apparent back in the day---he was seemingly the perfect fit. Maybe because his “Colbert Report” replacement show failed?

I thought Kilborn was actually much better at reading the headlines, but Stewart was far better at interviewing. Craig got better at that in his major network career though.

Biden is going to be the candidate. That’s as far as my devotion to him goes. If there was a serious chance of Newsom or Whitmer or (insert Dem hopeful here) replacing Joe, so be it.
