He’s being charged with inciting or being part of an insurrection which is directly disqualifiable under the 14th amendment. Heck, even that Colorado judge which ruled against removing him from the ballot ruled that he was part of an insurrection.

I have a car with an 8 speed (ZF8) and I agree, there are times I’m thinking it shifts too much for my liking. Nice tall O/D gear though for sub-2000 rpm cruising at 75mph.

IIRC, most of the troublesome, sloppy shifting automatics lately have been 9-speeds for some reason. Even ZF, who makes arguably the best TC automatic ever designed (the longitudinal-only ZF8/8HP) had lots of complaints about their 9 speed.
