While not as egregious as Arrested Development’s reboot seasons, it’s unfortunate when you can tell how hard it is for them to get all the actors in one room together. They’re definitely relying on the new characters (Sackson and Lily) heavily to make up for the absence of others.

You may hate me for saying this, but I’ve never even heard of Manhattan. What network was that on?

Advice from a fan: If you’re actually going through the whole series, you’re in for a long ride.

I think people who are not watching the Simpsons anymore will be pleasantly surprised if they go check out the most recent season (34) on Hulu. The uptick in quality compared to what it’s been for most of the HD era is no fluke.

Did anyone watched the new reedited version of Godfather III? As someone who never wants to watch the original cut again, I’m curious if that one changes the perception of the film at all.

Loved the premiere and mostly liked this one. It does feel like a lot of plot is being weeded out to justify why all these characters are still together at the same events. Hopefully, all the exposition is out of the way now and the show settles into a groove for the latter four episodes.

My theory is all the ants who went to see it were able to sneak past the ticket since they’re so small.

“I’d better call Saul!”

Considering how apprehensive everyone was for how a third season could work plot-wise when the reunion was first announced, that was a very satisfying premiere. It was exposition-heavy since we had to get refamiliar with where everyone’s at, but it gave me hope there are going to be some fantastic episodes to follow.

Care to expand why it’s the greatest show ever?

Have never watched a Shyamalan film in my life. Where should I start?

I just went to his filmography on Wikipedia after reading your comment, and I’m completely bewildered by all these direct-to-video movies listed in the last few years. I have never heard of any of these and there are so many.

Care to expand?

They were posting them last season, but never put them on the homepage for some reason. Seriously, they were being written but you had to dig to find the new reviews.

Looking at the list of nominees that year right now. Boy, it’s been a long time since I’ve watched Reds.

Now playing

It occurred to me the other day that as immortalized as Woodstock has become, I had never actually listened to any audio or footage from the festival. They sound so good here, and it was only their second time ever performing live.

Is there anyone who worked on the first Toy Story that would still be around and involved in this one? Feel like Pixar has gone through much turnover since that golden run of their first ten/eleven films.

I don’t know, man. Those cops are pretty hilarious...

As a big Don Rickles fan, I’ve been wanting to watch it for awhile. But it’s sadly not on any streaming service.
