Road legality has never been an issue in the Horizon games. Horizon 1 had an FXX, F40C, MC12 Corsa, and a few others and one of the preorder car packs for FH3 includes a couple V8 Supercars, the Ford GT LM, a Flying Lizard R8 LMS, and some other stuff.

Also, the auction house and storefront are coming back, we’re finally getting proper widebody kits, and, based on the screenshots, license plates too.
