I get your point, but you are willingly ignoring that the existing dealer likely entered into a contract regarding the franchising specifics with VW. So are you implying the free market doesn’t want contracts enforced? Look, I’m certainly not a dealer apologist. But everyone bringing up “free market” and “capitalism”

A Grand Cherokee starts at like $41k or $42k.  Who would choose a Cherokee?

Is Nardo Grey actually matte though? I think the author is simply confusing “non-metallic” and “matte”. Matte is a finish/sheen. Nardo Grey (in most circumstances) is a gloss, non-metallic paint. I don’t believe the color itself if matte in anyway, and the matte is achieved based on the clear coat selected.

Matte is a sheen.  Both of your examples aren’t matte.

What FOM and the FIA should be doing:

Ah, yes, the high paying jobs of fast-food workers and custodial positions. $300M for 27 locations (and how many low paying jobs?) doesn’t seem like a great investment. Theoretically, this could have been $150M for 13 locations, or it could have been the full $300M for 27 locations that would have given

Non-metallic colors seemed to be growing in popularity for a while. I was excited about that.  Not sure if it continues to grow, stalled out, or died...

F1 (FoM and FIA) don’t actually appear against it though; it’s other teams that are against it. The location of their HQ should be totally irrelevant to other teams.

Fuddruckers for life!

I’m well aware they have them on both sides.  But we wouldn’t need so many if they were in a central position in the median.  Or, we could have twice as many stops if we just moved all of them to central locations (which isn’t really possible).

Truth is teams not located in Milton Keynes struggle to find quality F1 people

Andretti is currently building a massive new headquarters/center.  Also, rumor is that GM wants to actually start building their own engines, but it’s obviously years away from that.

Oh, and the state should have gotten their head out of their asses and built these in the median so they could be accessed by both directions of traffic.  Sure, not enough room in all spaces, but plenty of areas where their is.

Have you been to one of these new stops?  They are horrible.  Bathroom access now requires navigating your way thru lines of people (even if it isnt very crowded) waiting to buy food.  They are shit layouts.  The old ones were drastically in need of updates, but I’m not sure who picked these new designs.  Seems like

Of course. Some examples (in my opinion) are:

You’re telling me they didn’t actually build a weird mansion in the Aegean that had a rotating car pedestal about four or five stories up? I’m shocked! Shocked I tell you.

The plot holes aren’t what let Glass Onion down for me, it was that it just wasn’t that great, especially compared to Knives Out. I can’t pin it on any single thing, it just lacked. I didn’t hate it, but I watched it and just thought, “Eh, not near as good as the first.”

It’s like 30~40 miles as the crow flies.  Doesn’t exactly scream odd to me to pick Provo.

I was agreeing with you
