Nah, turbos generally try to push the fuel back up through the injectors which is why fuel pressure is pushed upwards with boost lb for lb to maintain the base pressure overall on closed loop fuel systems. Not sure how the funky returnless stuff works exactly....

When throttle is let off and it goes into coast down someone still has the injectors firing which is NOT the way it should be done - injectors should be shutting off on coast down so no excess fuel goes through the engine.
